Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6186/2015. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail for about one year and nine months and only one witness has been examined as yet. A report was called for from learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna regarding the time for concluding the trial. As per the report, the trial is likely to be concluded within three months.

Considering the fact that the trial is likely to be concluded within three months, the prayer for enlarging the petitioner on bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 21/2012 is rejected with liberty to the petitioner that if the trial is not concluded within
