Case No. 194 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioners surfaced on the basis of suspicion and after that they were arrested and confessed their guilt. Except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against them. The court below has reported that still the case is pending for commitment.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sugauli P.S.
