JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught just after the alleged occurrence but stolen attachie was not recovered from his conscious possession and it is only stated that one bunch of keys was recovered from his possession and petitioner is in jail custody since 3.8.2015 and prior to the institution of the present case, there was only one case against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate ,Katihar in connection with Katihar Rail P.S.Case No. 26 of 2015, G.R.Case No. 53 of 2015.
