JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2018 The limited grievance, which the petitioner has in the present writ application, is that the Bihar School Examination Board has not issued the original certificate of having passed Class Xth Examination, held by the Board in the year 2009 (Annual). The petitioner claims that he had passed the examination as student of Purnyak Vidya Mandir High School with his Roll Code 07122, Roll No. 0135, Registration No.715/009/029963/08.

The petitioner further claims that he had approached the Secretary of the Board by way of an application through the Principal of the School, a copy of which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-4. The said representation is dated 13.02.2017.

In view of the nature of relief sought, this application

Patna High Court CWJC No.13795 of 2018(2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 is being disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board, to ensure that the petitioner's said representation, stated to have been received on 13.02.2017 by the Board, is disposed of within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not been disposed of.

If the Board finds any deficiency in the said application, the Board shall intimate to the petitioner promptly in this regard. If it is found that the original certificate was already issued to the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply for duplicate certificate.

The application stands disposed of.
