Victim has already returned to her home and her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C was recorded. Victim gave vivid picture of her alleged kidnapping but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim was major at the time of alleged occurrence and, as a matter of fact, informant implicated the petitioner due to land dispute. Admittedly, victim returned to her home and she was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner and furthermore, victim along with her grand mother came to the police station and thereafter, her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C was recorded. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
