JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault to the informant and her husband in the background of quarrel of two children between both sides.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries have been found simple except for few of them the opinion is kept reserved. A compromise petition on behalf of both the sides has already been filed. Moreover, the accusation is

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
