The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the age assessed by the medical board, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015.
