The petitioner is accused in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered under Section 47 of the Excise Act.

The accusation is that petitioner was apprehended by the police in suspicious condition and on disclosure of the petitioner, 81 litre country made liquor, in plastic Jarkins, was recovered at the bank of river, near Sonar Patti, Nichli Road. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. No.1498 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
