This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30A of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition act, 2016. Five liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2016.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, or successor Court.
