Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, petitioner accompanied the informant while deceased was being taken to hospital. Furthermore, it is also an admitted position that prior to alleged occurrence, petitioner had purchased some land from the deceased. Moreover, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased. Police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
