The petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 987 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner and he has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.11.2021.

Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10117 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 987 of 2021.
