1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Umesh Prasad who is informant of the case, has filed written report alleging therein that his daughter's marriage was solemnized with one Kundan Kumar in the year 2023, in accordance with Hindu rites and rituals. After the marriage, daughter of the informant went to her matrimonial house and after sometime all the accused persons including this petitioner who is cousin elder brother-inlaw of the deceased started demanding four wheeler vehicle and due to non-fulfillment of the same, her daughter was tortured

It is further alleged that on 22.05.2024 , the victim informed the informant through phone that accused persons are assaulting her and threatening to kill her and the same information was given to police . It is further alleged that at 4.00 AM, one Ajay Yadav told Sudhir Kumar on phone that her sister was killed. Upon the aforesaid information, informant along with his family members reached at village Mosima Sarai and saw that the dead body of her daughter was lying there and there was scratches and black marks on her face.

4. Petitioner is cousin dever of the deceased and he is simply a victim of over implications. He is separate in mess and property. This petitioner is residing in Chennai for his livelihood. Petitioner has no concern with the affairs of the couple . Allegation of demand for dowry is general and omnibus. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with
