The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No.93 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. From perusal of the record, it appears that there is direct allegation against the petitioner. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54193 of 2015 (4) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 petitioner to move before this Court for bail after recording the evidence of the victim.
