JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondent authorities to make payment of the admitted outstanding dues of the petitioner pertaining to the food materials supplied by him in the year 2019 flood disaster in the District of Muzaffarpur.

Having regard to the short prayer made by the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Muzaffarpur by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today annexing appropriate documentary evidence whereupon the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4072 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 respondent no. 2 shall dispose off the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case any outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of eight weeks therefrom. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
