This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302, 307/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 24 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The First Information Report is against unknown. However, from the impugned order, it is apparent that the only material against the petitioner is that he was seen along with some unknown on the motorcycle going towards the place of occurrence and he had demanded Rangdari and had given threatening for non-payment of Rangdari.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner is an active member of RCC.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54715 of 2015 (3) dt.08-03-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, contended that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.
