====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 256 of 2019 (G.R. No. 5642 of 2019), registered for offences punishable under Sections 448 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of misbehaving with the minor daughter of the Informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only because Rs. 10,000/- was given as advance to the Informant for meal and there was dispute with respect to the same. Further, the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 15.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.
