Petitioner is accused in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 307, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of entering of the petitioner and 5 others named in the F.I.R. in the house of informant where all started to abuse and in that course, petitioner is said to cause injury at the head of Vinny Kumari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are agnates and due to grudge, this false case has been lodged. Moreover, two injuries found on the person of Vinny Kumari are of simple in nature. It is also submitted that

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2014 (G.R. No. 1897 of 2014).
