JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the mother and uncle of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498A and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case got initiated on the information of Chaukidar that Lukho Devi, daughter-in-law of the petitioners committed suicide by consuming poison and thereafter dead body was disposed of.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died after 7 to 8 years of the marriage. She died natural death and cremation was done in presence of her family members. Only on instigation of the enemies of the petitioners, Chaukidar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1878 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 lodged the present case. The petitioners are 85 and 82 years old and they claim to be separate from the husband of the victim. Coaccused Phool Chand has been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 53190 of 2015. Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldour P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
