The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307/506 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he gave farsa blow to Suresh Yadav.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injured has sustained simple injury and the petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2016.

Considering the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015.
