Although there is no eye-witness of the alleged occurrence but in course of investigation, several witnesses supported this fact that petitioner had come to the house of the deceased in the night of the alleged occurrence and he remained there. Post mortem report of the deceased reveals that her neck was slit by sharp cutting weapon and she died within 6 to 24 hours of post mortem.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case no. 126/2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned court stands rejected. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
