In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10420 of 2019(2) dt.21-02-2019 2/3 Allegation has been made that the petitioners have obtained the employment of Anganbari Sevika and Sahayika on the basis of forged educational certificates, on verification their certificates found to be forged and all the selections have been cancelled.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in an identical matter one Nujhat Praveen, who had also obtained the employment as Anganbari Sevika, but later on, her certificate was found to be forged, has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.958 of 2019. Looking to the aforesaid fact, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case no. 105 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
