2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307,504,379,34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 161 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of business dispute between the parties. After investigation the police submitted charge sheet only under Section 379 IPC and other bailable Sections. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. In that view of the matter, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 20.02.2019 pending in the Court of CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 161 of 2012 is hereby confirmed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
