It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. However, some co-accused, having similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S.
