The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of a co-accused. Coaccused Sikandar Rai has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 1171 of 2017 and co-accused Sonu Kumar has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 1878 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Add.
