This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is custody in connection with Didarganj PS Case No. 160 of 2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that FIR was lodged against unknown and name of the petitioner was surfaced on the confessional statement of Bihari Kumar. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2018 but till date he has not been put under T I Parade. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
