ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the second show-cause was issued without the details of the charges and, therefore, he did not answer the same. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has filed a show-cause submitting that there has been full compliance of the order passed by this Court and the petitioner did not respond to the second show-cause notice. The charges have been proved and the order of dismissal once again has been passed against him. In view of the substantial compliance of the order, the petitioner is so advised that he may seek appropriate legal remedy for challenging the order passed by this Court.
