Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.28 of 2018 (G.R. 368 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34 and Section 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on perusal of the First Information Report, it would appear that the named accused persons, Naresh Rai, Baidyanath Rai and Sanjeet Rai are said to be involved in taking away the husband of the informant. So far as, this petitioner is concerned, he along with two others have been named alleging that they had been in old enmity and had conspired abduction of the husband of the petitioner. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9526 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 situated to the present case have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.49256 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.74169 of 2018. Learned APP for the State is present and accepts that the other two persons who have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail are similarly situated to the accused persons. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.

28 of 2018 (G.R. 368 of 2018), subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
