The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is based on complaint case and the allegation of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 1.9.2016. Submission is that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
