JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-08-2018 The main grievance, which the petitioner has raised in the present writ application, is that Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board is not taking decision on approval of grant of 1st Phase Namika for constitution of Managing Committee of Sanjha, Malbhogiya Sanskrit Primary cum Middle School, Katmakhore, Harbhanga, Madhubani. The petitioner has claimed to be the Acting Headmaster of the said school.

It has been asserted in the writ application that the matter is pending before the Board for taking decision since February, 2017.

In the background of the facts narrated in the writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.14912 of 2018(2) dt.31-08-2018 2/2 application and in view of the nature of grievance which the petitioner is raising, I consider it appropriate to dispose of this writ application with a direction of the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, to take a final decision for grant of approval for 1st Phase Namika of the school in question for the purpose of constitution of Managing Committee. The decision must be taken within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if no decision has yet been taken. This application stands disposed of.
