The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1099/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/337/338/307/ 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, on 21.12.2019, petitioners along with others fired upon the members of the procession held against CAA from the house of Rajeev Kumar Jaiswal which hit the stomach of son of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Specific allegation of causing communal disharmony is against co-accused Rajeev Kumar Jaiswal who has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 6954 of 2020 vide order dated 28.02.2020. Petitioners have got clean antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, IX, Patna, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 1099/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
