The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 302, 387 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused having similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court. It is further submitted that co-accused Pandev Mandal and Bikash @Vicky Mandal have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3757 of 2013 and Cr. Misc. No. 3235 of 2013.The case of the petitioner is similarly situated to that of co accused, who have been granted bail by this Court.

Having regard to the fact and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24507 of 2014 (4) dt.08-07-2015 case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge,1st, Munger, in Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2013 arising out of Bariyarpur P.S.Case No. 76 of 2012, subject to the condition that he will appear in the court below on each and every date fixed in the case.
