Learned counsel for the State is present and submits with reference to the relief prayed for in paragraph 1 that the petitioner had earlier moved this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 14448 of 2012 which was disposed of on 22.10.2013 with a direction to the petitioner to seek redressal of her grievance before the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Tribunal. He submits that there is nothing on record which would show whether the petitioner has moved the aforesaid Tribunal and, thus, this is a second attempt made by the petitioner.

None appears for the petitioner. The order of this Court relied upon by the petitioner has been produced by Mr. Deo

Patna High Court CWJC No.766 of 2014 (2) dt.26-02-2015 Kumar Pandey, Assistant Counsel to G.P. 6, perusal of which would show that similar grievance had earlier been considered and disposed of by this Court. Truly enough, there is nothing on record which would show whether the petitioner has complied with the direction of this Court.

In the circumstances, there cannot be multiplicity of litigation for the self same relief. This writ application is disposed of accordingly.
