JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i. For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in nature of 'Certiorari'

and Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made by pvt. respondents and another from the land in question,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14881 of 2016(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/3 situated at Mauza Bhagauna, P.S.- Sathi, District, West Champaran as a Pain (Nala) from Belwa Sathi Nahar.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ and order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' directing and commanding the concern respondents to take immediate action for removal of the said encroachment from the land in question for the public interest.

iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ and order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' directing and commanding the concern respondents to comply the office order vide letter no. 01 dated 07.01.2013 (Annexure-2).

iv. For issuance of an appropriate writ and order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the concerned respondents to protect the law and order on the said land in question which is used as Pain (Nala) since 70-80 years."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14881 of 2016(2) dt.05-04-2023 3/3 to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
