JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 At the outset, Mr. S.B.K Manglam, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the instant writ petition was filed for quashing the requisition dated 03.07.2018 submitted by respondent nos. 10 and others, during pendency of the writ petition, no confidence motion has already been carried out on 02.08.2018 and a fresh election has been notified, which is scheduled to be held on 20th August, 2018.

In view of the changed circumstances, he has sought leave to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to file a fresh writ petition challenging his removal from the post of Pramukh of Block Panchayat Samiti, Bokhra as also any consequent action taken by the respondents in this regard by way of filing a fresh writ petition on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition.

Leave is granted.
