2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against the petitioner and the injuries are simple in nature.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10207 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that the injury caused upon the victims are simple in nature, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IIIcum-Sub-Judge-IV/concerned court below in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
