Petitioners of both the applications are accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 430 of 2015 registered under Sections 406, 467, 468, 420, 471/120B/34 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56391 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 I.P.C. and section 7(2) of the Protection of Interests of Depositor's Act, 2002. Therefore, both applications are being heard together and disposed of by this order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in fact, M/s Alchemist Township India Ltd. is a company of real estate not the non-banking company, in which the petitioners are working as salaried employees, but due to mere on suspicion and ill motive, the petitioners and others have been implicated by the Police in this case. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 14.10.2015. It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused Kumar Abhinash has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 54571 of 2015 on 08.12.2015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 430 of 2015.
