Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 93 of 2020, arising out of Muffasil (Buxar) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2017, registered under Sections 379, 511, 427 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 / 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, Section 3 /4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, Section 15(2) and 15(4) of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipeline Act, 1984 (Amended Act of 2011) and Section 7 of the Essential

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court on 17.03.2020 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 73138 of 2019 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that the charge against the petitioner has already been framed on 11.12.2020, which would appear from the order dated 15.01.2021 passed in Session trial No. 93 of 2020, where by the prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Buxar. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the observation made on 17.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 73138 of 2019, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Buxar in connection with S.T. No. 93 of 2020, arising out of Muffasil (Buxar) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2017.
