This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 366A and 372 of the Indian Penal Code. The main thrust of accusation is against Dharmendra Kumar.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015.
