The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 409 of 2014, registered for offences punishable under Sections 340(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even on a bare reading of the F.I.R., there is no specific allegation against the mother in law. It is further submitted that even in the case diary, there is no any cogent material has come on record, save and except the general and omnibus allegations against all family

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner does not seem to have had a specific role to play, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.K. Singh learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 409 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
