The petitioners are accused in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of the daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and have falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that, in fact, deceased died due to hemorrhage, regarding which, information was also given to the informant, who came and postmortem of the dead body was also held. In the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1107 of 2017 (2) dt.13-01-2017 postmortem report, no any external injury was found on the person of the deceased but due to ulterior motive the present false case has been lodged. It is further submitted that petitioners are in custody since 16.09.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IX, Gaya, in connection with Magadh University P.S.
