JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 357 of 2019 (Special Case No. 1491 of 2019), registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 144 litres codeine Eskuf cough syrup from the house of Guljaran who is the sister of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is residing in his Sasural and there is no recovery from his conscious possession. Further, the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 10.01.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.
