The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 21.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 5140 of 2018 by which the District Magistrate, Bhojpur was directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
It has been contended by the learned Counsel for the State that the encroachment was removed, re-encroached and as such, once again process is continuing to get the said removed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner concurred with the submissions put forward by the State.
