JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioners were caught on the spot when they had gone to make demand of extortion money from shopkeepers and fire-arms are said to have been recovered from their conscious possession and also taking note of this fact that petitioners do have criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with LNMU P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga stands rejected.
