Both the parties are present in Court along with respective counsel.

I have interacted with the parties. Opposite party no.2 is no more interested in contesting the case as she is staying together with the petitioner and good relation has been established between the parties.

In that view of the matter, Complaint Case No.1218 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada including the order taking cognizance dated 23.08.2019 is hereby quashed.

If the parties file compromise petition in both the cases in the court below, the same shall be decided at the earliest and not later than 15 (fifteen days) from the date of filing of the compromise petition.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, this application is disposed of.
