The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Town P.S. Case No.62 of 2011 registered under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that due to petty family dispute, the wife of the petitioner committed suicide.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the allegation is that the petitioner with the help of his family members killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19823 of 2021(2) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 additional demand of dowry. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
