There happens to be specific allegation against the petitioner to have inflicted Farsa blow over head of Nanku Yadav, informant while others had also assaulted with different weapons including Lathi. Doctor, during course of his examination, found two injuries over his person, i.e, lacerated cut injury over the front scalp 3"x 1⁄2"x bone deep, swelling of left arm and fore arm and accordingly, the informant was referred to PMCH where he was treated and on the basis of the report issued by the PMCH, the treating doctor has issued the supplementary injury report identifying the injuries to be simple in nature. There happens to no repetition of blow, apart from the fact petitioner is under custody since, 04.09.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51077 of 2014 (5) dt.01-05-2015 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Munarik Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Atri PS Case No. 05/2010.
