2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

For direction to the Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul (Respondent No.5) to make payment of compensation to the petitioner as his land appertaining to Khata no.117, Khesra no.81, admeasuring 5 Katha, situated in village- Tola Kamalpur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15126 of 2016(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 P.S. Pipra, District-Supaul has been acquired and National Highway No. 106 from Kilometer 00.00 to Kilometer 136.00 (Birpur-Bihpur Section) constructed without payment of any compensation to him.

Further, the petitioner prays for issuance of any other appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for which the petitioner is found to be entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the case

3. In the presence of Mr. Baidya Nath Thakur and Mr. Anand Prakash learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Nutan Sahay learned AC to AAG 12 submits that the petitioner shall be exploring the statutory remedy available before him before a competent Civil Court.
