Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15-092015 and the investigation of the case has already been completed. The learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner taking note of nature of injury, which was found above the right eye of the injured, said to be grievous in nature.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bind P.S.
