JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(a), 53, 54 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioners are in custody since 22.6.2016. Allegation is that 54 liters of country made liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 200 of 2016.
