JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 01-03-2019 The petitioners, who are contractual employees of the Bihar Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development (BIPARD) are aggrieved by the fact that they are not being paid their revised remuneration which has been fixed by virtue of a resolution dated 20.07.2018 of the Department. The representations of the petitioners before the concerned authoritiy have yielded no result.

The petitioners are, under the circumstances, directed to make a fresh representation before the Director General, Bihar Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development, Walmi Campus, Phulwarisharif, Patna (respondent No. 6) within a period of four weeks from today, who after going through the demands/complaints of the petitioners would pass a reasoned order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. Needless to state that if the claim of the petitioners are found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed by the concerned respondent authority within the aforesaid period.
